Blox Team (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is processed, and your rights concerning your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

  • Discord Information: Discord User ID, username, avatar hash, and guild permissions used to verify identity and sync server roles.
  • Roblox Information: Public Roblox User ID, username, display name, and group ranks.
  • Shift & Activity Data: Session start and end timestamps, game place IDs, and in-game moderation logs recorded while staff members are on duty.
  • Application Responses: Information submitted voluntarily through public job listings on /postings.

3. How Information is Used

We use collected data solely to:

  • Authenticate your account and establish workspace access permissions.
  • Calculate duty hours and track staff quota requirements.
  • Transmit remote moderation actions (kicks, bans, announcements) to connected Roblox servers.
  • Provide audit trails to prevent staff abuse.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is shared only with workspace administrators managing your team, and trusted cloud infrastructure providers (such as MongoDB, Cloudflare, and AWS S3) solely to provide the Service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Shift and activity data is retained for the active lifetime of your workspace. Users can request data export or permanent deletion at any time by contacting our privacy officer at privacy@bloxteam.uk.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Blox Team does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. In-game activity logs staff sessions only in connection with community staff moderation.
